This wine starts out with an intense Hungarian oak nose that turns vanillin after being opened for awhile, allowing plum fruit and subtle oak to fill your senses. It has a crisp acidic backbone being wrapped in herbal, white pepper and plum finish. This is a wonderful everyday wine to be enjoyed with saucy meat dishes and pastas.
